  • Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah
  • Aged in 225 L oak barrels for 18 months, 80 % French and 20 % American oak, further ageing in bottles for 24 months.
  • Deep, dark cherry red.
  • Attractive aromas of ripe fruit especially cherries. Hints of spices such as cinnamon and vanilla, caramel, rum and cocoa from its barrel ageing.
  • Balanced, persistent, opulent palate with a gentle attack. The soft tannins provide a soft, round texture.
  • Stews, legume, game, roasts, paté, cold meat and cured cheeses.
